Delivery: For local delivery please contact us to arrange delivery time. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Orders placed before 11.30am Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the following day by 1st class Royal Mail or by Parcle Force, all orders placed after 11.30 on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. If you require delivery sooner, please telephone so we can assist further. There will be an increase of postage costs for guaranteed next day delivery. Proof of postage will be obtained for all items. I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ITEM ONCE IT HAS BEEN POSTED, but will assist with claims in the unlikely event of your item being lost or damaged. (Please be aware that Royal Mail will only consider UK items lost after 15 working days. No action can be taken until this time has elapsed. Product Availability: We hold a full range of stock, enabling us to meet all our customers orders. However, if at any time, due to unforseen circumstances a product is unavailable, we will substitute with an equivalent or better quality gift. Payment: All orders must be paid for before we can post them to you. You may pay online by credit or debit card, If paying by cheque we will wait until the cheque has cleared our bank account then send the goods onto you. Prices shown are in UK sterling and include VAT at 17.5% where applicable. Refunds and Returns: Where possible we try to use recycled products or environmently friendly materials, both in the bags themselves and the packaging we use to deliver them. We package our products using Brown recycled Kraft Paper and use a recyclable paper adhesive tape, all of which is 100% biodegradable.
