In the current climate, we have tried to make our party bags a little more affordable, by putting together the starter party bag for only 55p.  You choice which party bags you would like, which choice of sweet you would like to add and we will give you a free colourful biodegradable balloon.  All you have to do is add your party bag gift and your big slice of cake!

Fair trade Newspaper Party Bags:   Our newspaper childrens party bags are made by an NGO (non government organization), whose main objective is to provide education and shelter to street children. The organization was started in 200 by street children who wanted to give something back in return for the opportunities which had allowed them to escape desperate circumstances. These elder children, now married with children of their own, generate an income by making newspaper bags and jute items. This allows them to take care of thirteen street children that they have saved from the street's surrounding Delhi train station. Support for this wonderful project means that these children can enjoy going to school and playing, rather than pulling rickshaws, shoe polishing, rag picking and worse.
This bag also comes with our bespoke name tag, as shown above.

Party Bag Fillers: we have a variety of childrens party bag fillers, which start from as little as 75p, our wooden toys are CE-tested, made from sustainable wood and painted using non-toxic paint.   We have  fair trade recycled gifts, mulberry notepads and twig pencils, gift boxes.

In our wooden toys section we have a lovely range of CE tested wooden toys, suitable party bag fillers for small toddlers upto big size kids,  What to put into your party bags, well we have some little gifts like pencils, pens, rulers, notepads and pencil shapeners that make inexpensive party bag fillers, We also have necklaces and bracelets for the girls party bags and trucks, trains and loud whistles for the boys party bags, the choice is up to you


Biodegradable party balloons:   No childrens party would be complete without balloons and not forgetting to add one to each childs party bag. Our balloons are made right here in the UK, we sell them individually so you only need to buy the amount you actually need. Latex balloons are produced from the milky sap of the rubber tree, hevea brasillensis. It is grown on plantations in many tropical countires. The plantations help the ecosystem, as the natural biology of the trees helps maintain our atmosphere and protect the ozone layer. The sap is collected in buckets, as it drips from harmless cuts in the bark. The use of latex balloons and other latex products make rubber trees economically valuable, which discourages people from cutting them down and provides a valuable revenue to many third world countries. Latex is a 100% natural substance that breaks down in sunlight and water. The degradation process begins almost immediately after the balloon is manufactured. Research has shown that latex balloons biodegrade at about the same rate as an oak leaf. I hope you have found this information interesting, and remember to tell the children.

Fair trade Birthday Candles:   These candles are hand made in Calcutta by a self help group for those who can neither speak, nor hear, except visually and others who cannot go anywhere, except in their imagination and yet who aspire towards self-sufficiency and acceptance as contributing member of society.

Mission Statement:  September 2009

As a family run business, we are pleased to announce we are now in our third year. It all started when our children started being invited to Birthday parties, where they had great fun and also came home with a little bag of treats, Except the bag was usually plastic, filled with more plastic throw away things that usually fell apart before we got home. 
When it was our time to host the party, we found it difficult to find what we wanted under one room, which is why, three years later we hope we have found for you a selection of party bags and party bag fillers, balloons, bunting, tableware, party planners and wooden toys that are saft, affordable, good quality, less harmfull to our environment and all under one roof.
